Blackwork is software for running a tattoo studio: appointments, deposits and client records. You own your data. We provide the tool. Use it lawfully and it will serve you for years; abuse it and we will terminate.
The client information, appointment details, deposit records and notes you enter are your data. Blackwork does not claim ownership of it, does not share it, and deletes it when you delete your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep and for complying with laws that apply to your business — including client consent and data-protection rules in your jurisdiction. Blackwork is a tool; it does not provide legal advice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees. Refunds are handled per applicable law and the payment provider's terms.
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
