Blackwork is a tool for tattoo studios. This policy describes what we store, and more importantly what we deliberately do not do with your data.
Your studio record (name, timezone, business hours, deposit policy), your account credentials (password stored only as a salted hash), and the data you enter — clients, appointments, deposits, notes. That data is yours and is used only to run the product for you.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for any purpose. We do not embed third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts in the application. We do not read your client lists. We do not use your data to train AI models.
You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your studio's data from our servers. You may request a full export of your data at any time by contacting us. There are no hidden retention agreements: if you delete, it's gone.
Payment processing for subscriptions is handled by a third-party payment provider (Merchant of Record). We never see or store your card details.
